Microsoft to Build 10th Technology Centre, in SW China City

World software giant Microsoft will build its 10th technology centre in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou Province, the company said on November 2, according to Xinhua News Agency.
The centre will undertake technical and counselling services for various local governments and businesses and help upgrade the IT industry of Guizhou, said Microsoft Vice-President Timothy Chen at the signing ceremony of a cooperation memo between Microsoft (China) Company Limited and the Guiyang Municipal Government.
"Guiyang has a very favourable environment for investment and I believe the cooperation will bring a win-win result," said Chen, also CEO of Microsoft Greater China Region.
