Hyundai Beijing Financial Company Coming

Xu Heyi, CEO of Beijing Hyundai, a joint-venture automobile company, said that Hyundai has plans to establish a new company in the financial sector. The new company is expected to be launched in early 2006.
Xu revealed Beijing Hyundai’s plans after giving a speech at a forum on China’s automobile industry at the 2005 China Economic Summit, a key event in the Eighth China Beijing International High-tech Expo. In the speech, Xu introduced his company and talked about the future of the automobile market in China.
Xu said Beijing Hyundai’s target is the middle and high-end passenger car market.
