Credit Suisse at the Poly Theatre

As part of the Seventh Beijing Music Festival, U. Buchmann, managing director and country head of Credit Suisse in China on November 3 hosted an annual gathering at the Poly Theatre for the Shlomo Mintz Violin recital.

Distinguished guests and foreign delegations joined Buchmann for a pre-concert cocktail reception and fork supper in the mezzanine of the Poly Theatre before settline in to the packed auditorium.

Shlomo Mintz, accompanied by Adrienne Krausz, played sonatas from Mozart, Schubert and Beethoven.  The performance was well-received, particularly "The Cockcrow" sonata by Beethoven.
