Negative Review for Condoms

Thirty percent of the condoms made in Beijing and Zhengzhou were not up to the national standard, according to a recent study by the State General Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine. Only 35 of the 50 brands inspected from 23 factories were up to standard.
