Pamper Yourself with a Five-Star Christmas Dinner

Christmas is a time for family gatherings! Santa Claus, Christmas trees and big boxes of presents are important components of the holiday, but nothing is more festive than a rich Christmas dinner, during which all family members join hands around the table.

Since housewives might be “desperate” that Christmas dinner repeats itself year after year, with the same traditional dishes, the editors at BTM wondered whether they might want to make their Christmas table more colourful and varied. So we are happy to introduce five executive chefs from various five-star hotels in Beijing each of whom presents a dish in their native style for this special time of the year, including starters, a main course and desserts. All are easy to learn and prepare.
