Pinot Brasserie to Deliver French Flavour

2007/11/01

A traditional French brasserie with modern flourishes, Pinot Brasserie is at once elegant and chic, yet warm and inviting with all the charm of a French boulevard cafÈ, located on the ground floor of JW Marriott Hotel Beijing.

Its art deco dÈcor is vibrant and classy, with wine-splashed-coloured walls, ruby red leather sofa booths and tiled floors. An open kitchen creates a lively atmosphere, enhanced with bubbling French music and a patio street vista out to China Central Place.

The exclusive Chefís Table in a private room features an individual kitchen and lounge, as well as dining space for an intimate soiree, dinner or even relaxed business meeting.

Although informal, the cuisine at Pinot Brasserie is nothing less than exceptional. Chef Guilliaume Comparat adds a unique twist to traditional French cafÈ fare, serving a wide range of European brasserie staples, including daily blackboard specials, to pair with the extensive selection of hand-picked Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris wines on offer.

The restaurant is planned to be opened by the end of 2007, together with the hotel. For future reservations, call: +86 10 5908 8995.
