Prego at the Westin Beijing, is Financial Street’s premiere Italian restaurant featuring special twists on fun, casual dining matched with rustic Italian cuisine.
Chef Guilio Brignola, Prego's chef de cuisine, offers an extensive range of dishes inspired by the varied regional traditions of Italy. Originally from Naples, chef Guilio is a registered member of the FIC (Federation of Italian Chefs), and he has delighted diners from all over the globe, having worked in prestigious establishments in major cities such as Dubai, Glasgow, and London.
The menu is authentic with uncomplicated flavours that permit diners to savour his exquisite creations coupled with the unique presentations of his food that showcases his talent, passion, flair and creativity that emphasise Prego’s theme of a fun, casual and lively atmosphere.
Two private dining rooms, appropriately named “Bianco” (white) and “Rosso” (red) are ensconced in a collection of fine wines and can seat up to 12 people per room. The temperature of the floor to ceiling display is carefully controlled to ensure the flavour of the wine and presents a spectacular dining ambience for those special occasions.
