Dazhaimen Seafood Garden

2007/05/22

Dining at a chain restaurant of the Beijing-based Dazhaimen catering group is never on the cheap side. Aimed at providing Chinese-style haute cuisine, Dazhaimen has been wooing diners with its luxurious-looking ancient decorative style and the best of Chinese cuisine. The opening of the Dazhaimen Southeast-Asian style seafood outlet, the only mega Southeast-Asian style restaurant in town, begins a new chapter for the seven-year-old catering chain.

As a restaurant themed on creating a mini Southeast-Asia enclave in the hustle and bustle of the city, the new eatery uses a rainforest motif in its decorations and its entertainment incorporates traditional dancing and singing performances from Southeast-Asian nations. The exotic ambience is perfect for you to devour delicious food, putting your busy life aside for a while.

Designed as a perfect banquet venue, the new restaurant has a business area of more than 5,000 square metres, enough to accommodate more than 700 diners at one time. The restaurant has hired dozens of chefs from the Chinese provinces of Guangdong, Sichuan and Jiangsu, as well as from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Japan and France to present the best of their cultures’ cuisines. Diners will be able to appreciate authentic delicacies from far away without the hassle of travel. The chefs are required to prepare healthy dishes.
