Tang Club, Fasciating the City of Beijing

2007/02/28

The Tang club (Micheng, “fascinating the city”) is a spin-off of the Angle Club, a  pioneer in the area around the West Gate of the Workers’ Stadium, which now is the hottest clubbing area in Beijing. On January 30, 2007, the Tang Club opened near Chaoyang Park, and it is fascinating!

The Tang Club is luxurious but tasteful. Its decor is gaudy with fur and neon and fibre optic cables, making clubbers feel like they’re in a space ship. Taking up the second floor are 18 uniquely designed KTV rooms with big windows overlooking the dance floor. Two 150-square-metre VIP rooms are equipped with individual DJs and music, and unexpected guests cannot open the doors because of a special security system. VIP’s privacy and pleasure are thus greatly enhanced.

Every night in Tang Club, a buffet of musical genre is provided: lounge music, followed by hip hop and finishing with funky house music.
