Dim Sum Extravaganza

Beijing King of Shark Fin Restaurant (Yuchihuang Jiulou) is famous for Cantonese cuisine, thanks to Hong Kong chef Dai Wuqiang. Located at Fuxingmen, the restaurant has been popular for a decade, and goes from strength to strength.

Currently it offers about 80 choices of dim sum priced at 3.8 yuan per piece. Included are shrimp dumplings, steamed stuffed bun, porridge with fish, chicken and pork fillet. The dim sum is available Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-2.30 p.m., and 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
