The food at the new Concept Bistro is based on modern Californian cuisine, concentrating on fresh organic and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Extra virgin olive oil is used in many of the dishes and keeps the food as light and healthy as possible. The chef focuses on bringing out the flavour of the individual ingredients rather than covering them up with overpowering sauces.

The wine list includes global offerings but focuses on wines from the Napa Valley. Personalized menu design is available, while delivery and catering is available in the CBD area.

A spacious restaurant, with a large open kitchen, Concept Bistro embraces the culinary traditions of California and will delight all of your senses, as well as your taste buds.
