Beijing Builds First Library for Migrant Workers

The Beijing Capital Library, Jiangong Group branch, opened its first library for migrant workers on January 13, 2005.

Three-quarters of Beijing Jiangong Group's workers are migrants. Many of them left school after completing junior middle school.

This new library has about 1,150 books, including novels and non-fiction works.
