pleasant thing on a sultry afternoon. Mango with polished rice
is one of the most popular and traditional desserts in
Thailand. Every year from April or May, mango season, Thais
enjoy this delicious dish, home-style. It's refreshingly easy
to make, too!
Ingredients: 1 cup glutinous rice; 2 ripe mangos, diced;
half cup coconut milk; quarter cup sugar; half spoon of salt.
