Two Frenchmen Bring New Cuisine Gallery
2004/07/01
By Hellen Zhou
Adopting a modern Parisian style, the "Cuisine Galley"
restaurant has been redecorated by French designer Philippe
Ollendorff. The comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, the
European-style dining environment, and even the western-style
service are done to entice you to enjoy the Cuisine Galley's
exquisite French gastronomy.
The enticing new menu, affordable prices and fine amenities
are prepared by French executive chef Jean Marc Perrigon. Among
the newly introduced innovative dishes are goose liver
napoleon, brick leaves, onion marmalade; marinated jumbo prawns
grilled, sugar cane and ginger; roasted rack of lamb Provencal,
sautéed green fovea beans and cracked hazelnut … Perrigon has
brought with him a wide culinary experience of 30 years in
Egypt, Turkey, the United States, Caribbean, Middle East,
French Polynesia and China to tantalize everybody's taste.
