Discovery Channel's Quest for First Time China Film-makers

Discovery Network, Asia has launched its "First Time Film-makers" project on the Chinese mainland, and in Hong Kong and Macao, following its success in Southeast Asia last year.

The network's judges are seeking proposals that revolve around strong characters and weave a compelling tale addressing the theme of the impact of modernization on the lives of people in this new century.
