Beijing Hikers Organize Five New Trails

Opened to everyone. To sign up and reserve a seat mail to: bjhikers@yahoo.co.uk or Call Huilin at 1370 100 3694. RMB 150 per adult, RMB100 per child under 12. It includes: round trip transport, snacks and beverages, detailed map of the hike and professional guidance. Fees will be collected on the bus.

1: Valley of the Pines (Sat., Mar. 2)
Pick up: 8:30am at the Lido, out side Starbucks, 9:00am at Capital Paradise (front gate)
Come back: 4:30pm, 5:00pm
Where: Huairou county, north of Beijing
Walking time: 3 hours 

2. The Ming Village (Sat. & Sun., Mar. 9-10)
Pick up: Saturday March 9, 9am at the Lido outside Starbucks
Come back: Sunday March 10, 4-5pm
Where: Zhaitang county, west of Beijing
Trip time: Two days 

3. The Tang Dynasty Cave Dwellings (Sat., Mar. 16)
Pick up: 9am at the Lido outside Starbucks
Come back: 4pm
Cost: RMB200 per adult, RMB150 per child under 12.
Where: Yanqing county, northwest of Beijing
Walking time: 1-2 hours

 4. The Country Lanes (Sun., Mar. 24)
Pick up: 8:30am at the Lido outside Starbucks, 9amat Capital Paradise main gate Come back: 4-5pm
Where: Men tougou District, west of Beijing
Walking time: 3 hours 

5. Foot Path East of the Ming Tombs (Sat., Mar. 30) Pick up: 8:30am at the Lido out side Starbucks, 9am at Capital Paradise main gate
Come back: 4-5pm
Where: Huairou County, north of Beijing
Walking time: 3 hours
