'Believe Oriental', Says Chinese Sopranos' New MTV

Following their successful appearance with the famed Three Tenors at the Forbidden City "Olympics" concert last June, top Chinese sopranos Yao Hong, Ma Mei and Hu Yan toured Europe and -performing as a trio for the first time -produced a winning MTV work called Believe Oriental.
In the context of China's admission to the World Trade Organization, the song is quickly being seen as a musical demonstration of Chinese people's pride and confidence in the future.

Believe Oriental took two weeks to shoot at historically symbolic locations in Belgium, Italy and Greece. Included were Italy's Tower of Pisa and St. Mark's Square, and Belgium's famous little boy adding his own fluid to a fountain ...
