Less Complaints About Tourism Standard

People's complaints about travel agencies declined during this year's Spring Festival in comparison with last year, according to statistics from Beijing Tourism Administration (BTA).

This year, the tourism hotline received only 13 complaints. Six concerned travel agencies, five were about hotels and two were about conditions at tourism sites. The Beijing Evening News said that, compared with last year's National Days, complaints about travel agencies fell by 63 percent, and about sites by 75 percent. No serious accidents were recorded during this year's festival.
